About me

I help individuals and couples experience their lives and relationships more fully so that they can feel more connected with themselves and others. I believe that every individual and couple has a unique story but that our need for human connection and self acceptance is universal.

I have always been drawn to stories, initially immersing myself in other people’s worlds through books. Growing up doing theater, my appreciation for storytelling expanded as I experienced the power of witnessing and sharing emotional expression. Practicing yoga and becoming a certified yoga instructor broadened my perspective on the importance of prioritizing my relationship with myself, strengthened my understanding of the mind-body connection, and equipped me with skills to help others with this practice. Becoming a therapist has been a natural fit, as it allows me to spend time with the most authentic versions of people as I work to understand them and help them express their feelings in new ways and in a safe environment.

Prior to working in private practice, I counseled college students at Grove City College Counseling Center and provided therapy to individuals ages 10-85 at Family Behavioral Resources in Pennsylvania. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in marketing at multiple technology companies in the Bay Area. My career path and life experiences have given me an appreciation for the impact of empathy and the uniqueness of every story. Being a therapist challenges me to grow and adapt within the context of relationships and in service of helping others enhance their well being. It’s truly a privilege.
